It will last a lot longer than man made alternatives and is a by-product of the farming industry; so we use a natural material that would otherwise go to waste.

You can wear sheepskin slippers with or without socks. It depends on your preference. The sheep wool is incredibly soft and feels great without socks, and the sheepskin has many incredible natural properties that ensure that they never become sweaty. They can be worn with socks too, like normal shoes. The wool will bed down over a short time period, so it is normal that they feel a little snug fitting at first.

Sheepskin has many natural properties, and it is hypoallergenic and antibacterial. Sheepskin is perfect for people with sensitive skin and those with allergies.

• Sheepskin slippers should not be washed using a washing machine. 
• You can wipe sheepskin, suede or leather using a damp cloth with mild detergent, no bleach. Always leave them to dry naturally away from direct sunlight, do not use a tumble drier or any heat, always dry them at room temperature.
• The wool can be combed to renew appearance and the suede can be brushed using a stiff suede brush.

In the unlikely event of your slippers becoming damaged, please send them back to our factory address, and we will of course repair them wherever possible. As we make our slippers in our own factory in Glastonbury, England, we are able to do this. Not all slippers are repairable and it depends on the problem.

Drapers sheepskin slippers can last for many years. We have had instances of people who claim their slippers have lasted for as long as 30 years; although this is extreme. It ultimately depends on how often they are worn and how well you look after them, but we certainly expect them to last for several years.
